Our Approach
At ALIVE, movement is never one-size-fits-all. From energizing strength sessions and sweaty Pilates burners to dynamic flows and restorative resets, every class is designed to help you feel strong, challenged, and fully alive. Whether you’re here to build muscle, boost your mood, improve mobility, or simply move your body in a way that feels good, there’s a style for every season, every goal, and every energy level.
Looking for extra heat? Our signature Half Heat classes feature infrared heat panels on one side of the room, creating temperatures in the low to mid 30s, while the opposite side stays cooler with gentle residual warmth. Choose your spot in the room to either bring the sweat or keep it more gentle. If a class does not list Half Heat, it is held at regular room temperature.

Pilates Inspired
Pilates LIFT
Pilates Lift is where Pilates meets strength training. Using weights from 8–40 lbs, this class blends traditional Pilates movements with strength-based circuits designed to help you level up and see results. Think controlled, intentional movement paired with heavier resistance, full-body work, and a burn that hits different. You’ll be guided every step of the way to move well, lift strong, and push past your comfort zone without losing that signature Pilates precision. Expect to leave feeling strong, empowered, and fully ALIVE.
Pilates Strength
Our Pilates Strength class takes traditional Pilates and turns up the heat! It's your chance to unlock that inner powerhouse as we dive into a sequence of full-body exercises that are all about giving your core muscles some serious love. Don't let the seemingly small movements fool you; they pack a punch! Our experienced instructors are armed with an arsenal of props to keep things interesting and fresh. Our skilled instructors take the fluid movements of a Flow class and merge them with the precise, core-strengthening "hurt-so-good" burn of Pilates, creating a seamless and magical fusion of these two beloved styles. Yoga Gym is an ALIVE signature class and a true “greatest hits” experience, bringing together the best of our most popular formats into one dynamic class. Think Pilates-inspired movement, yoga flows, and strength-based circuit training all blended together with a little extra spice. Our motto? “Fitness that Flows.” In this class, we seamlessly combine mindful movement with resistance and conditioning work to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and boost endurance. It’s challenging, energizing, and designed to keep you engaged from start to finish. The Playground
Welcome to The Playground. ALIVE’s high-energy, circuit-style workout where strength, sweat, and fun collide. No assigned mats here, you’ll move around the room from station to station through a thoughtfully designed circuit to keep your body working and your mind engaged. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and athletic-style movements that challenge you in new ways and keep the energy high from start to finish. It’s fast-paced, community-driven, and designed to push you out of your comfort zone (in the best way). Come ready to try new movements, work hard, and feel fully ALIVE in a way that hits different.
RESTORE STRETCH
Slow Flow & Stretch
In our Slow Flow & Stretch, we slow things down and give you time to truly connect with each posture. The majority of the class is focused on floor-based stretches and slower-paced, dynamic movements that allow you to deepen into each posture without rushing. With a focus on alignment and breath, we move through fluid sequences that stretch and strengthen the body at a comfortable, unhurried pace. You’ll feel a gentle burn as we hold stretches longer, creating space and flexibility throughout the body. By the end, you’ll step off your mat feeling rejuvenated, calm, and deeply stretched, with a sense of mindful relaxation.

Classes by CANDLELIGHT
Our Candlelight classes offer a slower, more intentional practice set in a softly dimmed, candlelit space designed to help you fully unwind and reset. The atmosphere is calm and grounding, inviting you to move with ease, breathe deeply, and turn your focus inward. Both Flow & Let Go and Slow Flow & Stretch are offered in our Candlelight format and are clearly marked on the schedule so you can easily choose this experience when you’re craving something more restorative. Please note the room is kept dimly lit to support relaxation, which means visibility of the instructor is limited. This is intentional and part of the experience, encouraging you to tune into your own body, breath, and intuition as you move.
FLOW & LET GO
Flow & Let Go blends the best of both worlds, a gentle, flowing sequence to awaken your body, followed by restorative style poses and stretches to ease tension and melt away stress. The first half of class invites you to move with intention, finding warmth and flow in a slow, stretchy sequence. Then, we transition into soothing restorative style poses/yin stretches and relaxation techniques, helping you fully unwind. This yang-yin style class will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to take on the rest of your week.
