Our welcoming, sun-soaked venue offers an ideal setting for yoga retreats, fitness workshops, corporate wellness events, bachelorettes, and more! We're thrilled to share the love that went into creating our community space, dedicated to inspiring health and vitality, making sure you FEEL ALIVE!

❋ For Movement Teachers

All collaborative workshops and special events hosted by ALIVE are led by our in-house teaching team. Independent facilitators are welcome to inquire about studio rentals (self-led, including planning, registration, and promotion).

Studio Features & Rental Rates

Rental Rates

  • $150 + HST per hour

  • $100 + HST per hour for bookings of 2+ consecutive hours

  • Want an ALIVE instructor at your event? Additional instructor fees apply.

  • Spacious men’s and women’s change rooms, each equipped with showers, toiletries, and complimentary towels.

  • High-quality yoga mats and a wide variety of props available for use, including blocks, blankets, straps, weighted Pilates balls, stability balls, loop resistance bands, dumbbells (5–40 lbs), massage balls, and gliding discs.

  • Premium sound system and headset microphone.

  • Adaptable, dimmable lighting, including remote-controlled flameless candles.

  • Unique Zebra Tile flooring that offers a cushioned yet supportive surface, gentle on joints.

  • Full-service front desk staff to help ensure a smooth experience for your event and easy clean-up.

  • Large reception area, perfect for gathering and connecting with your community before and after class.
