You’re in the right place.

Trying something new can feel a little intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be.

From the moment you walk in, you’ll be welcomed, supported, and reminded that you belong here. No experience needed, no “perfect level”. Just show up.

WherE should I start?

We have a variety of classes that will challenge you and meet you where you’re at, strength, sweat, and stretch, with options for all levels.

If you’re new, we recommend:

  • A slower-paced yoga class like Flow & Let Go or Slow Flow & Stretch

  • Pilates Strength - our more traditional mat Pilates-style class

Or honestly… whatever feels fun!

There’s no wrong choice here. Just listen to your body!

Getting ready for your first class

We provide high-quality mats and complimentary towels for your face and post-class shower so you can just show up and move.

Just bring yourself and maybe:

  • Comfy workout clothes

  • Water bottle

No socks or shoes required!

A few things to help your first visit go smoothly:

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early

  • Driving? Check out our step-by-step instructions on how to find us for the first time, including free parking (it can be a little tricky the first time)

  • Take a look at our FAQ page if you have any questions
