CLASS STYLES

Explore our diverse class styles. From Pilates strength, yoga, and recovery, to fun circuit-style, station-based workouts, there’s something for everyone.

Pilates

Strengthen, lengthen, and feel the burn with our signature Pilates classes. Pilates Strength is our more traditional mat-based class focused on control, alignment, core strength, and endurance. Pilates Sweat blends Pilates with HIIT training to elevate your heart rate and challenge your full body. Build strength, improve posture, and feel the difference.

Yoga

Move, breathe, and reset with classes designed to energize body and mind. Energy Flow is our dynamic vinyasa-inspired class, while Pilates Flow blends mindful movement with core-focused strength. Expect to feel challenged, energized, and balanced.

Strength Training

Train smarter with powerful, results-driven classes. Our most popular Pilates Lift combines Pilates movements with traditional strength circuits for the ultimate sculpt-and-sweat session. Yoga Gym fuses Pilates, yoga, and fitness, while The Playground keeps things athletic, creative, and fun with station based circuits.

Stretch and Restore

Slow down and reconnect with Slow Flow & Stretch and Flow & Let Go. Designed to release tension, improve mobility, and help you get out of your mind and into your body. Candlelit options available for the ultimate reset.
