Lift Lab is a small group strength training series focused on teaching you how to strength train efficiently and effectively, not just move through reps. With a max of 10 participants, you’ll receive hands-on coaching to improve your form, build confidence with weights, and progressively increase load while prioritizing injury prevention. Expect: -Foundational and progressive strength movements -Detailed form cues and corrections -Smart programming to support long-term strength gains -A supportive, focused training environment This series is ideal if you’re new to lifting, returning after time off, or ready to refine your technique and lift heavier with confidence! ⚠️ Please note: This is a limited series.
