We’ll start with mobility and foundational warm-up patterns, then flow into spicy variations of squats, lunges, push-ups, and more. We finish with a short cool down and stretches so you leave feeling strong, worked, and refreshed 💪

Join us for a short yet spicy 10-minute workout that will have your muscles burning! 🔥💪 Get your upper body and core going with 4 exercises, repeated 5 times through: Crunches, bicycles, planks, and push-ups…oh my!

Blast your legs and core with this quick workout that will have you sweating in no time! We’ll cycle through 2 rounds of 3 leg exercises, isolating each leg in a 20-20-20 style circuit: 20 seconds of rest, 20 seconds of pulses, and 20 seconds of a hold. Before moving to the other side, we'll fire up your core! A quick final stretch, and you’re done!

Join us for a fun, full-body Pilates Strength class! We'll work through many variations of glute bridges, ab curls, hamstring work, planks, back strength and standing arm work! If you have a resistance band at home, options are given to use a mini band, but it is not necessary! Enjoy!
