Before the momentum of summer sweeps you away, take time to connect with your body, your breath, and the inner quiet where healing begins. Experience the relief and restoration that comes from moving together in community.

Treat your tired eyes, hands, and jaw to targeted stretches and nerve flossing. Melt tension in your shoulders and hips with slow, flowing yoga. Build mobility and vitality through Qigong‑inspired sequences, expressive movement, and accessible breath practices that help you feel lighter, clearer, and more ALIVE.

Then we’ll ease into juicy Yin‑yoga shapes to open the hips, followed by a clinical somatic series designed to release the subtle tension points that contribute to headaches, TMJ, and persistent holding.

We’ll close with an extended savasana and guided meditation, a spacious moment to deeply listen and welcome the season ahead with clarity and intention.
