Sweat,

Sip & Shop

Our 3rd Annual Birthday Celebration | Saturday, November 14 | 9 AM–1 PM

Three years of movement, community and feeling ALIVE. Let's celebrate! 💛

Join us at ALIVE Movement Studio for our 3rd Annual Sweat, Sip & Shop, a birthday morning filled with local shopping, feel-good movement, drinks, giveaways and all the little things that make our community so special.

We're transforming the studio into a mini marketplace featuring some of our favourite local businesses, so you can shop small, discover new finds, treat yourself and spend a morning with your ALIVE fam. Bring your bestie, your sister, your neighbour or anyone who loves a good morning out!

We're so excited to welcome these amazing local businesses to this year's marketplace:

  • SAHO

  • Blooms & General

  • My Tea Brew

  • Dsar

  • Cherished Jewel

  • Superbowls

Come browse, discover something new, pick up a little treat for yourself or get a head start on your holiday shopping while supporting small businesses in our community.

A special birthday class with Stef & Kirsten

What's a birthday at ALIVE without moving together?

Join ALIVE owners Stef & Kirsten for a special Fusion Yoga + Pilates class from 11:30 AM–12:30 PM, blending the best of both worlds for a feel-good birthday celebration on the mat.

Your ticket includes a special birthday goodie bag packed with treats from our amazing partners and brands. And trust us, the goodies will be worth far more than the price of your ticket, so you can feel extra special while celebrating with us!

This is a separately ticketed class, and space is limited. ALIVE members get first access to booking, with booking opening to non-members and the wider community the following day.

Our regular classes are running, too, so you can get your movement in before browsing the marketplace!

  • 8:45 AM | Pilates Strength

  • 10:15 AM | Pilates Lift

  • 11:30 AM | Birthday Fusion Yoga + Pilates with Stef & Kirsten (separate ticket required)

Whether you're joining us for a class, coming to shop, or making a whole morning of it with friends, there's something for everyone.

Three years of ALIVE wouldn't be the same without you. Come celebrate the studio, the small businesses we love and the community that makes ALIVE feel like home.

Shop local. Move together. Celebrate three years of feeling ALIVE.

We can't wait to celebrate with you! 💛
